Happpy Chanukah to Ya'll

Many of us find this period to be stressful due to travel and expectations of one’s self, friends and family. Winter is naturally a time of retreat and introspection, and the holidays sometimes seem to contradict this impulse. Take some quiet time for yourself each day and reflect on the accomplishments and blessings of the passing year. If the past year was difficult for you, remember what got you through it, and you may see that the blessings were still there, more than ever. Life has its ups and downs- no matter how many downs there are- law of gravity says, whatever goes up must come down. When there are down times there will be an equal amount of up times. Think Positively! As we light the Chanukah candles, we are filled with the hope that these tiny flames will cast away darkness and bring light into our lives. In these times of darkness take a few moments to contemplate the flames, so that we may feel brighter within and allow the glow to spread. May these flames flood our awareness with light. The shadows become illuminated. And may the beauty of life and the blessings of G-d shine brightly. Illuminate, Shine bright, Spread the light. Stay connected and focused on your goals and dreams- live them and make them come true. Be the leader candle, go out there and light the darkness- you have the power. Wishing you a Happy Chanukah and a year full of revealed brightness!
